Site, shop and booking usually end up in three separate places, built by three separate people. We build all three — one design language, one contact, one responsibility.
— what we build
The first test for anyone building a site is speed. If images are not compressed and fonts arrive late from elsewhere, half your visitors are gone before the page opens. On the sites we build, images are produced at the size they are used, fonts load from the start, and nothing unnecessary is waited for on the first screen.
The second test is being found. Heading structure, page descriptions, URL layout and the Google Business link are not a plugin added at the end; they fall into place as the pages are built. The site is ready to be indexed the day it goes live.
If you sell products, we build the shop side too: product and category structure, stock tracking, shipping and delivery options, card payment, order status and returns. Product pages are built to appear individually in search results, and visitors who abandon a cart get a reminder.
On the booking side, the availability calendar is fed by your own working hours; a taken slot closes and a cancelled one opens again on its own. The moment a booking lands, both you and the customer are notified.
Let us be clear: a booking system does not shut the phone off entirely. It does not need to. What it does is remove the “is three o'clock free tomorrow” question repeated dozens of times a day. The calls worth having are the ones left.

Three names in the same search
The person searching is not choosing among thirty businesses; they are choosing among the three Google puts in front of them. This section is about how you get into those three and, more importantly, how you stay there.

— how it works
01
Setup and verification
The profile is opened from scratch, or ownership is taken over if one exists. Verification is completed with the card Google sends or by video. The pin moves from an approximate spot to the right door; category, service list, opening hours, holidays and frequently asked questions are entered. The first shoot happens in the same month — the profile does not open empty.
02
Visit and upload
We come in the agreed week of the month. The shoot takes an hour or two and does not stop your work. The frames are selected, processed and uploaded to the profile in the same week. Anything that has changed is updated in the same visit: a new product, a changed price, a new service, days you will be closed.
03
Aerial drone footage
The exterior footage is refreshed twice a year — snowy in winter, open in summer. Where permits are needed we apply for them. One shoot goes to three places at once: the profile video, your site opening and a vertical version for social media.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee “first place on the map”. Google decides the order; anyone guaranteeing it says so knowing that. We do not buy reviews, write fake ones or have negative reviews written about competitors — all three, when caught, penalise the entire profile and cost more than they earn. Our work is the side of ranking that is in our hands: a complete profile, fresh content, answered reviews. For the side that is not in our hands we make no promises.

— process
01
Content and structure
How many pages, which headings, where each piece of information sits. If your texts are ready we go over them; if not, we write them together.
02
Design and build
First we agree on the home page and one inner page, then the rest is built in the same language. The booking flow is tested with real data.
03
Launch and handover
Domain, certificate, backups and search engine registration are on us. We show you how the panel works; you can update content without asking us.
What we measure
Before launch we measure page weight, first paint time and mobile usability. You get the results in writing — we do not say “it turned out fast”, we tell you how many seconds it takes.
What we do not do
We do not pile plugins onto a ready-made template. A site held up by fifteen plugins breaks at the first update, and nobody is left to fix it.
— frequently asked
I have a site but it is slow. Does it need rebuilding?
+
Not always. First we measure: if the problem is in the images and the plugins, it can be solved on the existing site. But if the infrastructure is very old or held together by patches, repairing it costs more in the long run than rebuilding. We tell you which one it is at first look.
How large a team does the booking system work for?
+
A single-person practice and an eight-chair salon both run on the same structure. Each staff member has their own calendar, their own hours and their own days off; the customer chooses who they book with.
Can I update the content myself later?
+
Yes. Text, images, prices, opening hours — all of it changes from the panel. You do not need to know code and you do not need to come back to us for every change.
Whose name is the site registered in?
+
The domain and hosting are opened in your name. All of the code and content passes to you on delivery; if you want to continue with another team, nothing is missing.
Whose name is the Google Business account opened in?
+
Yours. We are added as managers — you remain the owner of the account. If our paths separate you remove our access in one move; the profile, the photos and the reviews stay with you.
