What was spent, what came back

As long as you cannot see where the ad budget goes, that budget gets argued over every month. We start by making this side visible.

what we build

Selling social media management as “this many posts a month” is easy. But a calendar filled to hit a number earns nobody anything. First we work out what there is to say: what you sell, who buys it, what customers ask most. The content calendar is built on that.

The design side is ours. Because the shoot, the edit, the copy and the posting come from the same hands, the look of the brand does not change from account to account. The typeface, colour and layout are part of the same family as your logo, your site and your printed work.

On the advertising side we handle the Meta and Google setup: audience, budget split, conversion tracking. The real work here is not opening a campaign but setting up the measurement correctly. If conversion tracking is wrong, every number you see in the report is wrong too.

At the end of the month a single-page report arrives: what was spent, how many people it reached, how many calls and forms came in, what it cost to reach one customer. If it was a month that did not go well, the report says that too.

process

  1. What there is to say

Product, service and customer profile are mapped out. We also look at what competitors are doing — not to copy it, but to avoid saying the same thing.

  2. Setup

Accounts, pixel, conversion tracking and reporting are set up. Skip this step and every number that follows is guesswork.

  3. Running and reporting

The calendar runs, the campaigns run, the report arrives at the end of the month. The budget split is adjusted every month according to results.

What is in the report

Spend, reach, clicks, calls and forms received, cost per customer. Five lines; no decoration.

What we do not promise

We do not sell follower counts and we do not guarantee “first place”. Both can be bought and neither brings customers.

frequently asked

How large should the ad budget be?

It varies by sector and goal, but starting small and growing on the strength of data is usually healthier. In the first months the aim is not sales but learning which message and which audience work. The budget goes to the ad platform directly from your own account; we do not sit in between.

Do I need to give you my account passwords?

No. Meta and Google both have partner access: the account stays yours and we are added as authorised users. If our paths separate, you remove the access in one move.

Do I approve the content?

Yes. The calendar is shared at the start of the month and visuals come to you before they are posted. If there is an urgent announcement, it can be slotted in.

When do results show?

On search ads data starts coming within the first week. On social media the follower and engagement side is slower; judging it in under three months is misleading.
