Software Company in Erzurum

Web and mobile software, business systems, brand design.

our expertise

  1. Websites · E-Commerce · Booking Systems

Your website is where customers first meet you. We build corporate websites that pass security and speed testing, are ready to stand out in Google search and look equally polished on every screen. If you sell online, an e-commerce site; if you work by appointment, an online booking system — all three from the same team.

  2. Custom Business Software · Mobile Apps

An off-the-shelf package forces your business into its mould; we build bespoke software of any kind from scratch, around the way you work: loyalty and rewards programmes, apps for dealers and field teams, management dashboards and integrations. Your mobile app takes its place on both the App Store and Google Play.

  3. Social Media & Ad Management

Your social media account is a shop window that never closes. We plan the content calendar, shoot and design your posts and manage every one of them; we build your Meta and Google campaigns around your target audience and keep a close eye on the budget. Every month, your report is on your desk: what was done, what it achieved, what comes next.

  4. Logo · Poster · Brochure Design

Customers remember your brand by its logo first. From logo and corporate identity to posters, brochures, business cards and packaging, we create designs that hold up in print exactly as they do on screen, and deliver press-ready files.

Three names in the same search

People searching don't choose among thirty businesses; they choose among the three Google puts in front of them. This section explains how to get into those three and, more importantly, how to stay there.

All three do the same work on the same street. The difference isn't talent, it's upkeep — and upkeep is never a one-off job.

What decides the order

Three factors. Two are entirely in your hands

Google doesn't hide this; it's in its own documentation. The order comes from three factors combined — and all but one can be influenced.

  1. 01

    Distance

Where the searcher is standing at that moment. Appearing first to someone on the other side of town isn't possible without moving your shop — anyone who says they can change this isn't telling the truth. The one thing you can do is make sure the pin is in the right place: a location dropped on the wrong street gets its distance wrong too.

  2. 02

    Relevance

How closely the profile matches what's being searched. Is the category right, are the services listed one by one, does the description use your customers' words, are opening hours and holidays entered? It's a matter of filling everything in — and it's where most businesses stop halfway.

  3. 03

    Prominence

The business's footprint online. How many reviews it has and how fresh they are, whether they're answered, whether new photos keep coming, whether your website is linked to the profile, whether the address is written the same everywhere. In the long run this is the factor that really decides the order — and the reason we visit regularly.

Calendar

Set up once, maintained continuously

The only way to rise in Google's rankings and appear in the top three on the map is regular upkeep. A profile set up once is out of date within six months: the shopfront changes, the sign is renewed, the seasons turn; the photos stay the same. Google pushes profiles that aren't updated down — and customers decide by looking at a photo taken three years ago. How often we shoot depends on the package you choose.

  1. at the start

    Setup and verification

The profile is created from scratch, or ownership is taken over if it already exists. Verification is completed through the method Google offers the business (phone, email, video or postcard). The pin is moved from an estimated point to the right door; category, service list, opening hours, holidays and FAQs are entered. The first shoot happens alongside the setup — the profile never opens empty.

  2. regularly

    Visit and upload

We come on the agreed day. The shoot is brief and doesn't stop your work. The shots are selected, edited and uploaded to the profile. Anything that has changed is updated during the same visit: a new product, a changed price, a new service, days you'll be closed.

  3. periodically

    Aerial exterior shoot by drone

The exterior footage is renewed at intervals — snowy in winter, clear in summer. The same shoot produces three things: the profile video, the opening footage for your website and an aerial route from the city's historic landmarks to your door.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee “first place on the map”. Google decides the order; anyone who guarantees it says so knowing this. We don't buy reviews, we don't write fake reviews and we don't have negative reviews written about competitors. Google removes fake reviews, can block a profile from receiving reviews for a period, and if violations continue it can suspend every profile linked to the account. Our job is the part of the ranking that is in our hands: a complete profile, fresh content, answered reviews. We make no promises about the part that isn't.

For us this isn't an extra service. It's everything we do.

Our Projects

The work we have already delivered is the best way to see what we can build for your business. Projects under non-disclosure agreements are not listed here; references are available on request.

We will share our projects here soon.

our story

In software, the only thing that lasts is a solid foundation. We started SONSEQ on this belief in 2025. Stable systems, solid infrastructure, reliable solutions — that is our only promise.

Why would anyone bother with my site?

Bots don't ask. The moment you go live, your address gets scanned — no matter who you are. They're not after your data but your server: it's enough for sending spam or as a stepping stone to other attacks.

The real question isn't “will anyone attack” but “is the door solid”.

Our standard

  • No unchecked releases

Every change goes through a security check first. A single error stops the release.

  • Weekly scans

Every part of your site is scanned for new vulnerabilities every week.

  • No rushed updates

New updates aren't installed right away. Harmful ones are usually caught during this wait.

  • Even a suspicion is an alarm

At the slightest hint of a leak, the doors close and passwords change first. The cause is investigated afterwards.

principles

  1. Foundations First

Architectural decisions are made at the outset, and every release passes security and performance testing before it goes live. Fixing the foundations of a half-built system always costs more than building it right from the start.

  2. Proven Technology

We don't chase trends; we choose proven technologies that can be built on for years. We never experiment with brand-new technology on your project.

  3. Launch Is Only the Beginning

Every project goes live with a defined period of support. Our work doesn't end at handover; as your website or app grows, we keep building it with you.
