About Us - Our Story and FAQ

OUR STORY

In software, only solid foundations endure. SONSEQ was founded on this belief. We work in mobile application and game development with long-term architecture, not short-term goals. Stable systems, solid infrastructure, reliable solutions — we make no other promise.

Most software projects start with enthusiasm and end before completion. We chose the opposite. In 2025, we founded SONSEQ on a single principle: solid infrastructure first, everything else after. There is much road ahead. But we will keep that same principle at every step — reliable and stable.

We don't chase trends, we don't take shortcuts. We want every line of code to still stand a year from now, every system not to crack when it scales. For us, software is not a flashy launch; it is a structure that endures time. That is why we are building SONSEQ as a story of endurance, not speed.

MISSION

In a mobile market where short-lived products are the norm, to engineer software that stands the test of time. To write every line of code not for today's delivery, but for tomorrow's load.

VISION

To become the standard for "endurance" in mobile app and game development. To be the first choice for teams that see software not as a launch, but as a structure that endures time.

FAQ

Why are we the right team for your project?

We build long-lived mobile apps, games, and websites — products meant to last for years and scale without breaking. One-off campaigns and advertising work are outside our scope; we choose what endures.

I have an idea, but it isn’t fully defined yet. Can we still talk?

Of course. Most projects start with a question, not a finished idea. In the first conversation we shape it together and talk openly about what’s possible. No binding commitment required.

What does your process look like?

First we clarify what to build, then how to build it. Regular demos and open communication throughout — you always know where the project stands. Everything is tested in real conditions before launch.

How is cost determined?

Instead of a fixed price list, every project is priced to its scope. In the first conversation we define what it covers, then give you a clear quote. No surprise line items later — what we agree on upfront is what holds.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, but we never leave it vague. We set a realistic timeline during planning and hold to it throughout. Speed comes from building right from the start, not from cutting corners.

Who owns the product and the code?

You do, entirely. Full intellectual property of everything we build transfers to you on delivery — you’re never locked in. You can continue with another team if you ever choose to.

What happens after launch?

Every project ships with six months of support; after that, a maintenance agreement if needed. We respond within 24 hours for critical issues and five business days for standard requests. The relationship doesn’t end at launch.
