The first test of any website is speed. If images aren't compressed and fonts arrive late from elsewhere, half your visitors are gone before the page opens. On the sites we build, images are generated for each screen size, fonts are loaded up front and nothing unnecessary holds up the first screen.
The second test is findability. Heading structure, page descriptions, URL structure and the Google Business link aren't add-ons bolted on at the end; they fall into place as the pages are built. The site is ready to be indexed the day it goes live.
If you sell products, we build the shop as well: product and category structure, stock tracking, shipping and delivery options, payment by virtual POS, order status and returns. Product pages are built to appear individually in search results, and visitors who abandon their cart get a reminder.
On the booking side, the availability calendar is fed by your working hours: booked slots close, and a cancelled slot reopens by itself. The moment a booking comes in, both you and your customer are notified.
Let's be clear: a booking system won't silence the phone completely. Nor does it need to. What it does is remove the “Is three o'clock tomorrow free?” question you hear dozens of times a day. What remains are the calls that actually need a conversation.
